Cerritos Track & Field (2012): Came in 12^th place in the 800 meters (2:21.98) at the South Coast Conference Prelims… Also ran a leg of the 4x400 meter and 4-800 meter relay…..

Long Beach Poly HS: Did not compete in cross country in high school… While on the track and field tea, they won the CIF Championship her senior year, while she won the Moore League championship in the 800 meters (2:32.25)… Also came in third place in the 1600 meters (6:01.23)… Voted her team’s Best Newcomer as a senior… Spent two years on the basketball team and earned the team’ Most Valuable Player award as a freshman…..

Personal: Most memorable moment was her performance at the Mt. San Antonio Relays her senior year… Would like to transfer to UC Berkeley and aspires to be a pediatrician… Didn’t start running track and field until her senior year in high school… Likes to travel in her spare time… Nicknamed “Angel”… Is the daughter of Cheryl Tyson… Born in Inglewood, CA on March 22, 1993…..
